BELOIT – Funeral services for Gary Eilert, age 62 of Beloit, will be at 10 AM Thursday, January 8 at the St. John’s Catholic Church. Mr. Eilert died December 31 at the Ascension Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita. Survivors include his wife, Susan of the home; son, Chad of Salina; daughters, Sarah Eilert of Beloit, Katie Ekholm of Windom, KS; 7 grandchildren; & siblings, Kathy Scott of Glen Elder, Marlene Jaso of Louisville, KY, Darlene Fischer of Gardner, Mary Quinley of Salina, Joan Meyensburg of Salina, Tim Eilert of Beloit, Henry Eilert of Mankato, Karen Kesl of Hays, & Donna Remus of Glen Elder. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9 AM to Noon at the Roberts Family Funeral Home, & from 4-6 PM with family present at the Church, followed by a rosary service at 6 PM. Memorials may be given to the Diabetes Association or the Gary Eilert Education Fund (for his grandchildren). Roberts Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
