CAWKER CITY – Tanya Wylene Eshbaugh, 37, Cawker City, passed away on November 25, 2018. She was born on September 4, 1981 in Beatrice, NE to parents Rick and Esther (Selby) Eshbaugh. Tanya was raised in the Topeka community and graduated from Topeka West High School. She worked in daycare and at nursing homes before moving to Cawker City in 2016. She was currently working at Hilltop Lodge in Beloit. Tanya was preceded in death by her beloved Danny Holt.
Survivors include: Parents Rick and Esther Eshbaugh of Dell Rapids, SD; Brothers Matthew and wife Terra Eshbaugh of Tacoma, WA and Craig Eshbaugh of Wasilla, AK; a sister Melinda Eshbaugh of Iowa City, IA; Half-sister Vicky Folkerts of Beatrice, NE; Half-Brother Timothy Kramer, Jr. of Fairbury, NE.
A funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Clay Center, KS with Pastor Paul Tessaro officiating.
A burial will follow at 2 p.m. at the Steele City Cemetery, Steele City, NE.
