SALINA – Steven Lynn Dietz, the son of Lynn and Shirley Dietz, was born July 27, 1958 at Beloit. He departed this life July 5, 2021 at the Salina Regional Hospital in Salina at the age of 62 years.
Steve received his education at Beloit and graduated with the class of 1976. He worked for Gary Johnson Trucking for 43 years and had just retired last year.
Preceding him in death were his Grandparents, Martha and Rolla Dietz, Ionia and Ben and Ethel Hake, Guide Rock, Neb.
Left to treasure his memory and celebrate his life are his parents, Lynn and Shirley Dietz, Beloit; Brothers Gary (Judy) Dietz, Fort Myers, Fla. and Craig (Connie) Dietz, Wichita; Sister Rhonda (Mark) Evans, Wichita; Son Trevor (Courtney) Dietz, Salina and three grandchildren: Carter James and twins Brooklyn Lynn and Beckman Ann Dietz; nieces and nephews and many aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
Graveside services were held at Ionia Cemetery in Ionia by Pastor Rod Rose on July 24, 2021.
