CAWKER CITY – Funeral services for Shirley Smith, age 81 of Cawker City, will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 2 at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Cawker City.
Mrs. Smith died Thursday, June 27 at Mitchell County Hospital Resident Care Center in Beloit. Survivors include husband Donald J. Smith of Mankato, son Jeffery Don Smith of Mankato, daughters, Jennifer Jo (Steve) Chriestenson of Mankato and Janet Sue (Ray) Cochran of Cawker City, sister Helen Shamburg of Salina and brother, Dr. Dan Hancock of Independence, MO., 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents; Clifford and Clara Hancock, sister, Betty Murray and brother, Rick Hancock.
Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Monday, July 1, at the church followed by a Rosary and Vigil at 7 PM.
