BETHANY, Okla.–Ruth Anne Gates died Friday, April 17, 2020 at The Grand Nursing Home in Bethany, Okla. She was born July 11, 1944 in Beloit, daughter of Harold and Marie Weidenhaft. On December 15, 1963, she married Everett Gates.
Survivors include a daughter, Cindy (Roy) Chase; two grandsons, Ayden and Austin Chase (Blanchard, Okla.); a brother, John Weidenhaft (Salina); a sister, Rosie Preo (Owasso, Okla.) and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a sister (JoAn).
Graveside services were held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, April 23 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Concordia.
