LARNED – Marlene Betty Albert, 85, passed away November 12, 2020 at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, Kansas. She was born January 19, 1935 in Osborne County, Kansas; the daughter of Louie and Betty Boehner Tonne.
On August 17, 1952 she married John Henry Albert in Beloit, Kansas. He survives. Other survivors include; two sons, John D. “J.D.” (Janet), Costa Rica, Duane G. (Deanna) Lee’s Summit, MO; two daughters, Cheryl M. (Kim) Beckwith and Melonie K. (Richard) Myers, both of Larned; a sister, Linda (Charley) Bowers, Beloit; twelve grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a son; Loren Dale Albert.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Beckwith Mortuary Chapel, Larned with Pastor Damon Bradley presiding. Service will be viewable via Facebook live at www.facebook.com/ beckwithmortuary.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the mortuary with family present from 6-8 p.m. Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery, Larned, Kansas.
