BELOIT – Lila Ann Engelbert passed away on January 18, 2026. She was born on March 31, 1927 to Tom and Ella Reiter in Beloit, KS.
Lila attended Plum Creek Elementary and graduated from St. John’s Catholic High School. She married her high school sweetheart Gregory Engelbert on August 24, 1948. Lila was an educator and an outstanding seamstress and quilter.
Lila was preceded in death by Gregory. Lila is survived by her five children, 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
The Rosary will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church in Littleton, Colorado on February 6, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. followed by Catholic Mass at 11:00 a.m.
