BELOIT – Funeral services for John W. “Bill” Severance, age 93 of Beloit, will be at 10 AM Wednesday, February 6 at the Beloit First Presbyterian Church. Mr. Severance died Wednesday, January 30 at the Mitchell County Hospital. Survivors include wife Virginia; daughters, Anita Oelke of Hoxie, Melanie Miltner of Medicine Lodge, & Susan Engelbert of Norton; 3 brothers, Bob of Beloit, Harold of Concordia, & Wilford of Pueblo, CO; 8 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; & 1 great great grandchild. Visitation will be from 1-6 PM Tuesday at the Roberts Family Funeral Home. The casket will remain closed. Memorials may be given to the Church, Mitchell County Historical Society, or Hilltop Lodge. Roberts Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
