Lorenz jumps for the gold

PITTSBURG – Autumn Lorenz, daughter of Chad and Laura Lorenz, Beloit, competed in the YES-Athletics National Indoor Track and Field Championships on Feb. 16-18. 

Lorenz won first place in the long jump with a new personal best distance of 12 feet, 2.5 inches in the third/fourth grade division for the Beloit Flyers Youth Track Club. She finished second in the 400m dash  with a time of 1:15.92 and placed second in the 200m dash with a time of 32.95.
