Beloit Community Blood Drive in honor of Keller King
BELOIT – A Beloit Community Blood Drive, sponsored by S&S Drug, will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 18 in honor of Keller King.
King, 4, loves riding his bike, playing baseball with his brother and helping his mom around the house. He is also a blood recipient. Three years ago, after being diagnosed with a stage 1 Wilms tumor, Keller needed a blood transfusion prior to surgery to remove the tumor and his left kidney. The family ask everyone in help celebrate their happy little boy by giving blood for others in need.
